Spring Fling Auction Bidding Opens - Thursday, May 4th at 7PM Bidding Closes - Thursday, May 11th beginning at 7PM Preview/Open-House - Thursday, May 11th from 2PM till 5:30PM Pickup/Removal - Friday, May 12th from 10AM till 5:30PM Please Note: All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. A 15% buyer premium applies to all purchases, as does VA sales tax. Pay with cash or good check and receive a 3% discount off the premium. Items not claimed/removed on pickup date will be assessed a $7 alternate pickup fee. Furniture and other large items (that will not fit in a box) will be subject to an additional $20 storage fee.
