All federal, state, and local laws apply. $15 transfer fee for 3 guns or less. $20 transfer fee for 4 or more. There is a 15% buyer premium that applies to all purchases, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or check. You must have a concealed carry permit if purchasing more than one handgun at a time. You must have a state-issued form of identification with your CURRENT address listed. You must wait 30 days from a driver's license renewal before purchasing a firearm.
