Larry Linkous Estate Auction Location - 355 Blue Spruce Dr Martinsville, VA 24112 Bidding Opens - Saturday, July 19th at 7PM Preview/Open-House - Monday, August 4th from 4-5:30PM Bidding Closes - Monday, August 4th beginning at 7PM Pickup/Removal - Tuesday, August 5th from 10AM-5:30PM - Auction staff can assist with loading heavy equipment and we will have equipment there to do so. You will need to bring help if purchasing furniture/many items as auction staff cannot assist with moving/loading furniture or household goods. The ONLY pickup day is Tuesday, August 5th from 10am-5:30pm. If you are unable to make the pickup, we ask that you please not bid on this auction. Items not picked up on pickup day will be forfeited and your card will be charged, no exceptions. Cost to transfer firearms is $15.00. The $15 fee will be added to your invoice. If you transfer 4 or more guns in the same day the fee will be an additional $5 equating to a $20 fee. The $20 fee is only applicable to purchasers who are registering 4 or more guns at a time. Fees are applicable to VA state sales tax. Please Note: All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. There is a 15% buyer premium that applies to all purchases, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or check.
