Loading & Removal of Equipment Lucky Dog Auction & Realty, Inc. will have equipment available on-site to assist buyers with loading purchased items during the scheduled pickup period. Loading assistance is provided as a courtesy only and is not guaranteed. ALL LOADING ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED AT THE BUYER'S SOLE RISK. Buyers are responsible for providing suitable trucks, trailers, transportation, tie-downs, chains, straps, and any additional equipment or labor necessary to safely transport their purchases. By requesting or accepting loading assistance, buyers acknowledge and agree to the following: Damage: Lucky Dog Auction & Realty, Inc., its employees, representatives, and the property owner are not responsible for damage to purchased items, vehicles, trailers, equipment, or other property occurring during loading, unloading, or removal, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Personal Injury: Buyers assume the risks associated with loading and removal activities, including potential personal injury, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Right to Refuse: Lucky Dog Auction & Realty, Inc. reserves the absolute right to refuse, discontinue, or limit loading assistance for any reason, including situations our staff determines to be unsafe, unreasonable, or beyond the capabilities of the equipment available. Unsafe Loading: We will not be required to lift, move, or load items that exceed equipment capacities, are improperly balanced, lack suitable lifting points, or require unsafe loading practices. Transportation: Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their purchases are properly positioned, balanced, secured, and transported in compliance with applicable laws. Property Damage: Buyers are responsible for any damage they or their representatives cause to buildings, fences, gates, fields, driveways, utilities, or other property during removal. IMPORTANT: Our employees have the final say regarding whether loading assistance can be performed safely. No buyer may require or pressure an employee to perform a loading operation that the employee considers unsafe. If loading assistance is refused or unavailable, the buyer remains solely responsible for arranging safe removal of their purchases within the scheduled pickup period, unless alternative arrangements are approved in advance. Before leaving the auction site, buyers are responsible for verifying that they have received all purchased items. Lucky Dog Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for items inadvertently left behind.
