SML Downsizing Auction Bidding Opens - Sunday, Sept 18th beginning at 7PM Bidding Closes - Thursday, Sept 22nd beginning at 7PM Preview/Open-House - Thursday, Sept 22nd from 2PM till 5:30PM at Lucky Dog Auction & Realty (770 Cornell Rd Rocky Mount, VA 24151) Removal/Pickup - Friday, Sept 23rd from 10AM till 5:30PM Please Note: All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. A 15% buyer premium applies to all purchases, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or good check. Items must be paid for with 24 hours of auction ending. Pickup/Removal: If you don't pickup your items on the scheduled pickup day/times a $7 storage fee for items that will fit in a box and furniture will incur a $20 storage fee. If you purchase a few small items and a piece of furniture and don't make the scheduled pickup, a $27 storage fee will be added to your bill and the card you registered with will be charged. We will hold items until Wednesday, September 30th and then the item(s) will be considered forfeited and become property of Lucky Dog Auction LLC. Please come get your items, we don't have room to store them. No cash/check discount will be applied if items are not picked up on the scheduled time/date.
