Ferrum Downsizing Auction Bidding Opens - Wednesday, October 5th at 7PM Bidding Closes - Tuesday, October 11th at 7PM Preview/Open - House - Tuesday, October 11th from 2PM till 5:30PM Pickup/Removal - Wednesday, October 12th from 10AM till 5:30PM All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the auction ending. If you don't pickup your item(s) on the scheduled pickup day/times a $7 storage fee for items that will fit in a box applies. Furniture will incur a $20 storage fee. If you purchase a few small items and two pieces of furniture and don't make the scheduled pickup a $27 storage fee will be added to your bill and the card you registered with will be charged. We will hold items until Wednesday, Sept 30th and then the item(s) will be considered forfeited and become property of Lucky Dog Auction LLC. Please come get your items, we don't have the room to store them. No cash/check discount will be applied if items are not picked up on the scheduled time/date. Please Note: A 15% buyer premium applies to all purchases, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or good check. All sales are final.
